- Artwork ApprovalWe provide free virtual proof for your confirmation before production. You must approve the design draft in writing (email/WhatsApp). Your approval confirms all logo, color, text, size details are correct.
- Before Production LaunchIf you cancel the order prior to us sending goods into production, we reserve the right to charge artwork setup fees, graphic design fees and any non-reversible supplier pre-order costs.
- After Production StartsOnce printing, engraving or manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be canceled, returned or refunded, as products are customized with your exclusive logo and cannot be resold to other buyers.
- What we DO compensateWe take responsibility only for:
- Printing errors made by our side (wrong logo, wrong color, wrong layout against approved proof)
- Damaged/defective items due to production & shippingClaims must be submitted with photos within 7 calendar days upon receipt.
- Not eligible for refund/remake
- Mistakes on logo/text information provided by buyer
- Change of mind after artwork approval
- Incorrect quantity, style selected by customer
- Dissatisfaction with color difference within normal industry printing tolerance
