All custom branded products with your company logo are manufactured exclusively for your order.
Once production begins, no returns, refunds or cancellations are accepted.
Cancellations requested before production starts may be subject to artwork/setup fees.
We will only accept claims for defective printing, incorrect merchandise caused by our error.

Cancel Before Production: Allowed, but artwork/setup fees may apply.
Cancel After Production Starts: Not accepted. No returns, refunds, or cancellations.
Our Responsibility: We only compensate for defective printing or incorrect merchandise caused by our error. Claims must be submitted with photos within 7 days.
Not Covered: Buyer-provided errors, change of mind, or incorrect choices.
