All custom branded products with your company logo are manufactured exclusively for your order.
Once production begins, no returns, refunds or cancellations are accepted.
Cancellations requested before production starts may be subject to artwork/setup fees.
We will only accept claims for defective printing, incorrect merchandise caused by our error.
Couldn't load pickup availability
The umbrella is an automatic open and close function, its fabric is made with Anti-UV coating , which absorbs most of the remaining UV rays, providing UPF 50+ protection. The inside-out windproof umbrella boasts 10 reinforced fiberglass ribs and a strong alloy steel shaft, lightweight as it is, also easy to withstand strong winds and heavy rain without turning inside out. After this reverse compact umbrella is close folded , the wet- surface would be the inside of it.

Cancel After Production Starts: Not accepted. No returns, refunds, or cancellations.
Our Responsibility: We only compensate for defective printing or incorrect merchandise caused by our error. Claims must be submitted with photos within 7 days.
Not Covered: Buyer-provided errors, change of mind, or incorrect choices.
